Timothy Shawn Thalmann

Timothy Shawn Thalmann, 55, of Altona, Illinois passed away at his home on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 7:35 PM. Shawn was born on January 24, 1964 in Galesburg, Illinois, the son of Frederick and Martha (Jordan) Thalmann. He enjoyed landscaping, camping, gardening, and playing his harmonica. He also loved traveling and creating projects out of wood. He is survived by his sister, Teena Pitman of Wataga, Illinois; and niece, Kristen Pitman of Galesburg, Illinois. He is also survived by many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick and Martha Jordan; and brother-in-law, Wade Pitman; a his sister. Cremation rites are accorded with the Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Home and Crematory in Knoxville, Illinois. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
