Sharon L. Palm, 76, of Peoria, Illinois, passed away Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 8:15 A.M. at her home. She was born on February 28, 1941 in Galesburg, Illinois the daughter of Le Roy and Maxine (Easley) Kelley. She married Tom Wagher in 1958, and later married Floyd Palm in 1978. Sharon worked in the private home care industry for many years as a CNA. She was a member of the Covenant Church in Galesburg and the Bethel Singles Group. She enjoyed dancing, fishing, camping, having fun, and telling jokes. Sharon is survived by her 3 children; Kelly Brand of Peoria, Bob (Jackie) Wagher of Knoxville, Rod (Amanda) Wagher of Knoxville, 4 grandchildren; Michelle (Will) Cannon, Tommy (Emma) Wagher, Josh (Andria) Wagher, Sammy (Kyle) Tracy, 8 great-grandchildren, sister; Joyce (Tom) Hanks of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, brother William Easley. She was preceded in death by her husband; Floyd Palm, and parents; Le Roy and Maxine Kelley. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at the Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Home in Knoxville. Rev. Tom Ek will be officiating the service. A fellowship luncheon will take place after the memorial service at the Hurd-Hendricks Fellowship Center. Memorial contributions may be left to the family.
