Kim M. Witt, 58, of Galesburg, Illinois passed away at her home on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 6:45 A.M. Kim was born on July 28, 1957 in Galesburg, Illinois. She worked Butler Manufacturing for 10 years and Maytag for 15 years. Kim was a wonderful and loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She enjoyed making crafts. Kim was very loving and giving. She is loved by so many. She is survived by her fiancé David Ford, 2 children; Jason (and Samanthia) Fahlund of Galesburg, Brandie Witt of Galesburg, 3 grandchildren; Haley Johnson, Thorn Fahlund, Mylee Perez, 4 siblings; Ivell Cantwell of Lakeland, Florida, Rick (and Lisa) Brazee of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Randy (and Sharon) Brazee of Oneida, Illinois, Stan Tracy of Kansas City, Missouri, step father, Warren Tracy of Galesburg, 2 step sisters; Sandy Burkhulter of Galesburg, Sharon Downard of Keithsburg, Illinois, sister-in-law Laurie Brazee of Apollo Beach, Florida, and niece, Sherrie Cantwell of Lakeland, Florida, and her lifetime best friend Kim Lipsky of Galesburg. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold Fahlund and Sarah L. Tracy, birth mother Ruth Brazee, and brother Edward Brazee. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Home in Knoxville, Illinois. The graveside service will begin on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 10:30 A.M. at the Oneida Cemetery. Rev. Norman Mendel and Randy Brazee will be officiating the services.
