Donna L. Vineyard

Donna L. Vineyard, age 69, died at 11:15 P.M. on Monday, May 24, 2021 at home with her companion by her side. She was born on December 28, 1951 in Galesburg, Illinois the daughter of Otha and Mildred (Heilener) Porter. She attended and graduated from Galesburg High School in 1970. She married Jed Clark in 1971 in Palmyra, Missouri. Surviving is her long-time companion, Bert McElroy; her daughters: Venus Howard of Lehigh Acres, Florida and Star Landolfi of Lehigh Acres, Florida; seven grandchildren: Madison, Mia and Mari Landolfi, Erin (Fabian) Canul, Justin Venham, Layla and Kyle Howard: and one great granddaughter: Adelyn Sky Canul; two sisters: Loretta K. (and Ray) Day of Arlington, Texas and Lois J. (and Bill) Horton of Saginaw, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Sky Clark, and two brothers, Roger L. Porter of Middleton, Iowa and Robert W. Porter of Galesburg, Illinois. She was of the Methodist faith. She enjoyed motorcycling, helicoptering, traveling, and vacationing with her special companion Bert. She was a member of ABATE and Harley Owners Group. She enjoyed knitting and sewing. She was an avid TV watcher, watching Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, her soaps and every episode of the Voice. Per Donna’s wishes she will be cremated. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
