Candi Frank

Candi Frank, 62, of Farmington, passed away on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, 2:45 PM, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria. Candi was born on December 31, 1958 in Canton. She was the daughter of Ed and Carol (Gorham) Cox. She married the love of her life, Mike, on July 21, 1978 at the United Methodist Church in Douglas, Illinois. Together they shared and celebrated a life together for 42 years. Candi is survived by her loving husband, Mike at home; her mother, Carol; their children, Tim (Becca) Frank of Tremont and Danielle Frank of Maquon; her best friend and sister, Lori (Dave) Bybee of Maquon, and sister, Carolyn (Kevin) O’Brien of Centennial, CO; two grandchildren, Elias and Walker Frank; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Cathy. Candi was a student facilitator through the company, SEAPCO, at the Farmington Community School District #265 for 15 years. She retired in 2016. In her free time, Candi enjoyed reading, crocheting and crafting, watching the humming birds, and going mushrooming. She always looked forward to the trips to Door County and River’s Edge Wisconsin. Candi loved her school kids. Most importantly, Candi loved her family and spending time with them, especially her grandkids. Family meant everything to Candi. She was deeply loved and will be missed by those who knew her.
