Bernard Glen Stutler

Bernard Glen Stutler, age 93, died from complications related to pneumonia at Seminary Manor in Galesburg, Illinois at 10:15 P.M. on Monday, December 26, 2016. He was born on November 29, 1923 in Brimfield, Illinois. He attended law school at the University of Illinois as a returning WWII veteran and became an attorney in private practice in Knox County for nearly 50 years. He is survived by his current wife of 14 years, Sheila, and two sons from previous marriages, Barry and Gary. Bernard was preceded in death by his only sister, June, and by his oldest son, Jeffrey Glen. He is also survived by Barry's children, Isaac and Merrill, and by Jeffrey's son, Brendan. Per request of the deceased, there will be no public service and burial will be private.
