We remember your mother always having a smile and kind word for everyone. It is a blessing to know that we will see our mothers in heaven, because of their faith in Jesus Christ and how they loved their family enough to make sure we all knew Him as our Lord & savior. Love in Christ, Kathryn Kraft & Family

I worked with Wanda at First Midwest. She was such a wonderful lady. We enjoyed a good visit when we would meet around town. She will be missed.

Ernie, Debbie, Howard and all the rest of the family. I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Wanda was a wonderful lady and like a second mom to me growing up. Nothing can make it better, only time will do that. She will be with you always, in your memories. And in mine as well.

I met and got to know Wanda at First Farmers National Bank of Knoxville. She demonstrated professionalism and, as head teller, exactness. She shared wonderful recipes! I'm a better person for having known Wanda. She was a blessing to me and many others. May She Rest In Peace.

I want to extent my deepest sympathy.
I was fortunate to see her again, many years after First Midwest Bank days and she still looked so professional.
She was a very special lady. Full of grace and poise.

I am so sorry to hear about Wanda. She was such a wonderful person. She always welcomed me, even when wasn't with Bobby. I loved holidays around her. My love, hugs, and prayers are with all of you. She will be missed by everyone, but she is watching over everyone.

The world & our family has lost a wonderful woman. She taught us about the past, shared wisdom and loved everyone. We will miss your laugh and smile Grandma Higgins. May God envelope you in his Kingdom and cover you with His love and peace, and until we meet again, we will always remember you.
Love,
Ron, Vicki & Ashley Fields

SUSAN MELTON
Ernie and Family,

I am saddened to hear of the loss of Wanda, she was a remarkable woman and taught me many things. I feel as though I was very lucky to have been touched by her grace and friendship. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your families in this time of sadness. If there is anything I can do, please let me know. I promised Wanda that I would be back during my Christmas break from school to polish the rest of her brass. If Ernie wants me to do that, please call me, I would be honored to do that.

Fondly,
Susan Melton (friend and Hospice Volunteer)
